Job summary

Qualifications

• National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
• 6 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, silverware, utensils, pots, pans and equipment in accordance with health, safety, and sanitary procedures.
• Retrieve meal trays from patient care units throughout the medical center.
• Clean floors and empty garbage; replenish floor stock.
• Take and record temperatures of refrigerators, freezers, and dish machine.
• Maintain cleanliness of the nursing units' refrigerators and/or freezers.
