Pine Haven Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Philmont, New York is seeking a dedicated Dietary Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the dietary department, supervise staff, and ensure the highest quality of meals and patient satisfaction.

You will develop policies, maintain records, ensure regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, OSHA, state health codes), and train team to deliver compassionate, accurate service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Dietary Supervisor or related role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
