The role involves supervising the kitchen during shifts, ensuring sanitation and timely meal service, and performing other duties as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Supervisor experience.
• Nursing Home, Hospital, or Healthcare experience REQUIRED!

• Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift. Properly opens or closes the department as required.


• Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations.


• Ensured meal service times are on schedule.


• Performs other job-related duties.

Dietary Supervisor Qualifications
