Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is currently recruiting experienced Dietary Supervisor for long term care nursing facility in Wynnewood, PA.

Dietary Supervisor Key Duties

• Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift. Properly opens or closes the department as required.
• Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ensured meal service times are on schedule.
• Performs other job-related duties.

Dietary Supervisor Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior Supervisor experience.
• Nursing Home, Hospital, or Healthcare experience REQUIRED!
