The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center is seeking an experienced Dietary Supervisor to oversee the Dietary Department, ensuring meals meet resident needs and physician orders. You will manage staff, scheduling, and compliance, collaborating with the Registered Dietitian to deliver high-quality nutrition in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous dietary supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and food safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively.

• Monitor food quality, presentation, and resident satisfaction.




• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control.




• Collaborate with the Registered Dietitian and interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality nutritional care.




• Participate in state surveys and regulatory inspections.
