Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is currently recruiting experienced Dietary Supervisor for long term care nursing facility in Coal Township, PA.

Mountain View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center 2050 Trevorton Road, Coal Township, PA 17866.

NURSING HOME, SENIOR LIVING, HOSPITAL, HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Dietary Supervisor Key Duties

• Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift. Properly opens or closes the department as required.
• Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ensured meal service times are on schedule.
• Performs other job-related duties.

Dietary Supervisor Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior Supervisor experience.
• Nursing Home, Hospital, or Healthcare experience REQUIRED!
