Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dietary department administrator to assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the Dietary Department in a facility located in Greeley, CO. The role involves ensuring quality nutritional services, maintaining sanitary operations, and following applicable standards and regulations.

You will support the Dietitian, supervise staff, review plans, and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Dietary Department, its programs and activities.
• Interpret the department's policies and procedures to employees.
• Assist the dietary staff in the development and use of departmental policies, procedures, equipment, supplies, etc.
• Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability of supervising the Dietary Department.
• Review and assist in developing a plan of correction for dietary service deficiencies noted during survey inspections.
• Visit residents periodically to evaluate the quality of meals served, likes and dislikes, etc.
