Job summary

Outfield Healthcare Partners is seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee the dietary department, ensuring nutritionally appropriate meals are provided to residents while complying with federal, state, and local regulations.

The role involves leadership, budget planning, and collaboration with the Registered Dietitian and administrator to support resident nutrition care and food safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP), or Dietetic Technician, registered (DTR) or equivalent training.
• Associate’s or higher degree in food service management or hospitality from an accredited institution.
• Food service supervisory experience required; at least two years in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise food service operations in the dietary department.
• Ensure nutritionally appropriate meals and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with the Registered Dietitian and Administrator and interdisciplinary team.
• Manage menu planning, purchasing, budgeting, and resident nutrition care.
