Job summary

ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Eau Claire seeks aDietary Manager to oversee the Food Service Department, ensuring quality meals and adherence to safety standards. You will collaborate with the Dietitian and interdisciplinary team to monitor patients’ nutrition status and drive efficient operations in a hospital setting.

The role requires two years of direct dietary experience in healthcare and supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of direct dietary experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related medical facility.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Current state certification in Dietary Management required in KS, TX; preferred in other states.

Responsibilities

• Support nutrition status with Dietitian and interdisciplinary team; monitor patient nutrition status.
• Develop, review, and ensure timely production and service procedures for meals.
• Plan menus and ensure compliance with policies and state/federal regulations.
• Direct Dietary Services Department operations, ensuring safety, quality, and infection prevention.
• Maintain inventory control; purchase food, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Monitor quality, infection prevention, and safety standards; provide training as assigned.
• Support safety and risk management; respond to staffing emergencies and inclement weather.
