Job summary

Qualifications

• CDM certification required.
• Experience leading dietary services in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and direct the Dietary Department in accordance with regulations.

• Monitor food safety, storage, procurement and menu planning.
• Oversee sanitation, kitchen, dining areas and equipment.
