Job summary

The Horsham Clinic, part of Universal Health Services, Inc., seeks an Assistant Manager of Dietary/Food Services to support the Dietary Manager in delivering nutritious meals to patients and staff. You will help supervise staff, ensure sanitary conditions, and manage inventory and purchasing as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; related degree preferred.
• Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field advised.
• RD or CDM credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dietary Manager in coordinating all activities of the Dietary Services Department.
• Provide nutritious meals for patients and staff.
• Maintain a sanitary, organized environment and monitor supplies.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, discipline and interviewing for dietary staff.
• Coordinate with nursing, clinical and other departments.
