Job summary

Highbanks Care Center is hiring a part-time Dietary Aide to support meal service and resident care. There's a potential to take on a dual role as Cook for those interested.

The successful candidate will be resident-oriented, reliable, with a friendly attitude and able to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Training is provided on the job, and experience in cooking is a plus but not required.

This is currently a part-time Dietary Aide position; however, a full-time position is available for candidates open to a dual role as a Dietary Aide and Cook.

The successful candidate must be resident-oriented and be committed to providing excellent service. Specific qualifications include reliable transportation and a friendly & caring resident-oriented attitude. Employees will be hired based on exhibited hard work, reliability, and ability to work well with others in the workplace! Experience in the kitchen is preferred but is not a requirement of this position. Training will be done on-the-job, and the successful candidate will work well in a fast-paced environment.
