**Job Description**

The Dietary Manager is a management position responsible for developing and implementing dietary solutions to meet residents' needs and tastes. Oversees and manages dietary operations for residents in a senior living facility.

15. Follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
16. Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
17. Supervise team regarding production, quality and control

19. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees
20. Follow all applicable policies, rules, and regulations, including safety, health, wage, and hour laws
21. Additional Responsibilities
22. Lead the front of the house of the dining operation (Cafeteria/Residential Dining Facility)
23. Plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities to deliver a finished product to the customer

**Qualifications:**

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in healthcare or long-term care
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a management role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial relationships
• Excellent customer service skills using Aramark's standard service model
• Ability to work effectively with other departments for a unified food service experience
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• CDM certification strongly preferred
