The ideal candidate will have a degree in dietetics or food service management and at least 3 years of experience in the industry, including supervision. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in food service management, including staff supervision.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance/Improvement processes and state/federal regulations.
• ServeSafe certification completed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Dietary staff and manage the Dietary Department.
• Ensure accountability and adherence to food safety standards.
• Plan and manage creative menus and ensure kitchen supplies are stocked.
