Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at South Hills is seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee daily dietary operations, lead a team of dietitians, cooks, and staff, and ensure residents receive nutritious meals.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage inventory, control costs, and collaborate with nursing and rehab teams to maintain exceptional patient care. The role requires strong leadership, culinary and nutrition background, and CDM certification. On-site position in Canonsburg, PA.

Qualifications

• 3 years of dietary management experience.
• Strong background in culinary arts and nutrition.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of dietary regulations and standards.
• CDM Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dietary department and supervise dietitians, cooks, and staff.
• Develop and implement menus meeting residents' dietary needs, including special diets and cultural preferences.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and readiness for surveys and accreditation.
• Manage inventory and control food costs to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
• Mentor and train staff to improve skills and knowledge.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
