We need a Full-Time Dietary Manager to join our team at Villaspring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Erlanger, KY.

$16 to $25 Per Hour

You’ll help the chef supervise an efficient & effective dietary department. You’ll aid in planning, organizing, coordinating, & directing the dietary department as they provide nutritious & palatable foods to our residents.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in managing food service operations
  2. Train and supervise dietary staff
  3. Maintain quality standards through in-service programs
  4. Ensure proper use and sanitation of dietary equipment
  5. Conduct meal rounds and address residents’ food preferences
  6. Familiarize with residents’ likes and dislikes
  7. Oversee work areas for safety and sanitation
  8. Contribute to menu planning and development
  9. Complete PI audits as assigned
  10. Manage inventories and stock rotation
  11. Participate in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
  12. Coordinate with dietitian/diet tech and other disciplines
  13. Fill in for other positions as needed
