Job summary

The Waters of Greencastle is seeking a Dietary Services Manager to lead daily food service operations in a long-term care facility. You will supervise dietary staff, coordinate menus with the Registered Dietitian, and ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality resident nutrition.

Responsibilities include staffing, budget-minded inventory, and ensuring therapeutic diets are accurately prepared and served, with thorough documentation and coordination with care teams.

Qualifications

• CDM certification required or preferred by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in nutrition/food service preferred.
• At least 2 years of food service management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of clinical nutrition, therapeutic diets, food safety and sanitation.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, scheduling, and inventory management skills.
• ServSafe certification preferred or required based on state regulations.
