Role Details
  • Pay Rate: $50,000 - $60,000 / year

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee food quality, safety, and inventory management at a single site
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies
  • Lead staff training, perform quality control, and support team roles as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Adhere to infection control and safety procedures
  • Represent HCSG positively through professional interactions
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher in food service management or related field
  • Experience in food production/service and supervision preferred
  • Certification as Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred
  • Must obtain Food Protection Manager certification within 14 days
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Ability to lift and work around food and cleaning products
  • Basic computer skills required
