Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking a dependable and organized Dietary Manager to join our team full-time. You will oversee daily dietary operations, supervise dietary staff, and help ensure residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role requires training in food service management or nutrition, plus experience in dietary or nutrition roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in dietary, food service or nutrition.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food safety regulations.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
