Dietary Manager. We are located in beautiful Elkhorn, Wisconsin and have a reputation for providing quality care to seniors in Walworth County and surrounding communities.
If you are not certified as a Dietary Manager, we will pay for you to obtain your certification.
As the Dietary Manager, you are responsible for the direction, implementation and supervision of all meal service and nutritional support for residents while following applicable federal, state and local regulations, as well as corporate policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for providing a quality assurance program that certifies therapeutic nutritional requirements are met with a variety of flavorful meals, snacks and supplements, while sanitation, safety and cost control are maintained.

- $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year depending on experience

This position is Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accreditations as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or currently enrolled in approved CDM course and will be eligible to write CDM exam at completion of course work.
- Sanitation certification required
- Valid WI Drivers License
- Strong desire to work with the elderly
- Must be English literate and possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications Preferred
- Previous experience in long term care Management experience in food service
- Supervisory experience
