Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead our dietary department in Grand Junction, Colorado. You will oversee meal planning, preparation, and service, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.

The role requires dietary certification, 3 years of kitchen management, and a graduate of an approved dietary manager’s course. Competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Dietary Certification must be obtained.
• 3 years kitchen management experience required; skilled nursing facility experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the dietary department including meal planning, preparation and service in accordance with all proper practices.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal care regulations and quality standards.

Education

Successful candidates:

• Dietary Certification
• 3 years kitchen management experience
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility a plus!
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a graduate of an approved dietary manager’s course that meet the state and federal care regulations.

Rate Range: $20-$25 per hour
