We Care of Michigan in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee the dietary department and lead a team in delivering high-quality dining services for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in dietary management or related field.

As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of dietary team members to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
• Develop and implement menus, meal plans, and nutrition programs that meet the dietary needs of our residents
• Conduct menu planning, food cost control, and inventory management to ensure efficient use of resources
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Riverside's policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services

Requirements
