Job summary

Archway Management is seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee the daily operations of the dietary department, lead a team of dietary staff, and ensure compliant, high-quality meal service for residents in our Michigan facilities.

You will develop menus and nutrition programs, manage food cost and inventory, coordinate with other departments, and uphold regulatory guidelines to deliver exceptional dining experiences and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in dietary management or a related field.
• Degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of dietary team members to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
• Develop and implement menus, meal plans, and nutrition programs that meet the dietary needs of residents.
• Conduct menu planning, food cost control, and inventory management to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Riverside's policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services.
