Sonshine Manor in Republic, Missouri is seeking a dietary manager to join our team. This role focuses on leading daily food service operations, staffing, and ensuring safe meal preparation in a supportive care setting.

The dietary manager will recruit and train staff, manage inventory, and maintain budgeted operations while upholding sanitary standards and high-quality resident meals.

Qualifications

• Dietary manager certification is preferred.
• Previous experience in food services; management experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet the dietary needs of a diverse patient population.
