Confidential Healthcare Facility in the Berwick - Bloomsburg area seeks an experienced Dietary Manager to oversee dietary operations in a skilled nursing facility. You will ensure high-quality food service while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, performance evaluations, meal prep per menus, and collaboration with the care team to meet dietary needs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• CDM certification preferred; candidates with strong dietary management experience may be considered without certification.
• Current ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• COVID-19 vaccination required unless an approved exemption is provided.

• Conduct probationary and annual employee evaluations and administer disciplinary actions as needed
• Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus and approved substitutions

• Review resident care plans to ensure dietary needs are being met
• Provide nutrition support with guidance from a Registered Dietitian
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support overall facility operations
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations
