Job summary

Morristown Post Acute in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Dietary Supervisor to join our caring team. This role oversees dietary services, ensures meals are nutritious, appetizing, and served safely.

You will supervise Dietary Aide staff, assist with meal prep and inventory, manage sanitation, and coordinate with nursing to support resident wellbeing.

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Assist with meal preparation, inventory of food items, proper storage of food items.
• Assist with the cleaning schedule of the Dietary Department including dining room and kitchen tasks.
• Assist in the daily knowledge and stocking of food inventory.
• Prepare and deliver snacks.

Dietary Aide / Food Service Responsibilities:

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance
• Assist with meal preparation, inventory of food items, proper storage of food items.
• Assist with the cleaning schedule of the Dietary Department including dining room and kitchen tasks (dishwashing, washing and mopping floors)
• Assist in the daily knowledge and stocking of food inventory
• Prepare and deliver snacks
