Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking a Dietary/Kitchen Aide to assist with meal preparation, serving, and adherence to planned menus and special diets for residents. You will work under established policies to ensure quality and safety in food service.

You will help maintain a clean, safe kitchen, assist with snacks, and support daily operations including cleanup. Prior kitchen experience is preferred, and a patient, cheerful attitude is essential to provide compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.
• Kitchen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare and serve meals per planned menus with standardized recipes and special diet orders.
• Ensure the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
• Prepare and deliver snacks as instructed.
• Assist in preparation, cooking and cleanup of meals and prep areas.
