Job summary

CareCore at Willowood in Brunswick, OH is seeking an experienced Dietary Director to lead our dietary department and ensure high-quality meals for residents. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and collaborate with Nursing to meet resident dietary needs.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent organization and communication, familiarity with food safety regulations, and ServSafe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous dietary management or supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience with healthcare food service is strongly preferred.
