You will follow dietician-approved menus, ensure proper food handling, and contribute to a positive dining experience for our residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Grade school education required.
• Experience in quantity food production, preferably in healthcare or senior living, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for residents, visitors, and staff in a timely manner.
• Follow dietician-approved menus while accommodating individual resident dietary needs.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and safe food storage.
• Label and organize food items; wash dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Set up and clear dining areas; safely operate kitchen appliances.
• Adhere to company policies and HIPAA confidentiality.
