Qualifications

• Prior experience in dietary services, food preparation, or culinary roles preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
• Experience in fine dining, restaurant, or catering environments is advantageous.
• Skills in meal preparation, cooking, knife handling, and food presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of menu planning and dietary accommodations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and assemble meals according to menu specifications, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Assist with menu planning and food preparation for various dietary needs
• Handle food safely and hygienically in compliance with health regulations
• Serve meals to residents or customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including proper sanitation of equipment and utensils
• Support catering events and special meal services as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal production and timely service
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as necessary
