Qualifications

• Ability to follow menus and recipes to prepare meals accurately

• Works well in a team and can assume leadership as needed

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to standardized recipes in a safe and sanitary manner
• Manage ingredients and suggest ways to utilize leftovers and reduce overstock
• Ensure quality control by portioning and serving meals per recipes and dietary plans
• Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing kitchen equipment and work areas
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and twisting as needed during food prep
