Huntington-Health- is seeking a Dietary Cook to join our Dietary Department. You will supervise dietary functions, prepare meals for residents, and contribute to tray service and cleanliness to ensure quality dining experiences.

The role requires a High School diploma and knowledge of preparing a variety of foods, including diets and portion control. Join us to support resident wellbeing through culinary excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred, or the ability to read and write English effectively.
• Previous culinary experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of preparing and cooking a variety of foods in larger quantities and awareness of special diets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dietary functions and personnel, fostering a collaborative kitchen environment.
• Prepare and oversee the preparation of meals, ensuring appealing presentation.
• Assist with tray service and sanitation duties, maintaining an organized kitchen.
• Keep accurate records as directed to ensure seamless operations.
