Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience in food service.

Responsibilities

• Cooks food, including pastries, desserts, and soups, according to recipes.
• Ensures quality of foods; tests and standardizes recipes; maintains proper temperatures.
• Operates and cleans production utensils and equipment; keeps cooking area sanitary.
• Prepares complete meals and special events foods, and plating.
• Prepares food for regular, modified, and calculated diets using weighing and measuring techniques.
