Copperfield Healthcare and Rehabilitation is currently hiring a Full-time Dietary Cook.

Shift: AM and PM

Full-time

Our company mission is to dignify and transform post-acute care. We are a modern, state-of-the-art care center, conveniently located near the Cypress Fairbanks, Northwest Houston areas. We feature 124 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in both private and semi-private settings.

Essential Functions

• Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus.
• Process diet changes and new diets as received from Nursing Services.
• Perform administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc., and submit to the Director of Food Services.
• Assist in establishing food service production line and ensure meals are prepared on time.
• Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel as well as with other departments within the facility to assure that food service can be properly maintained to meet the needs of the residents.
