Qualifications

• Six months' experience in large quantity food preparation.
• Experience with therapeutic diet preparation preferred.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and basic nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Reviews menus and prepares food following planned menus.
• Prepares foods for regular and therapeutic diets.
• Produces items to meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
• Ensures food is served at the correct temperature and attractive.
