Atrium Living Centers Inc. is seeking a Cook to nourish residents with meals that meet dietary needs while delivering a warm, welcoming dining experience.

You will follow the Dietary Supervisor's guidance to ensure consistency and high quality in a hotel-like dining setting for residents and families. Ideal candidates bring at least one year of cooking for a large group, with strong communication and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year cooking experience for a large group.
• Ability to scale and quantify recipes to meet facility needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Prepare meals according to resident diet specifications and menu plans.
• Follow direction from the Dietary Supervisor to ensure consistency and quality.
• Comply with all facility dietary policies, procedures, and sanitary regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and portion control.
• Support timely meal service for residents.
