Millennium Post Acute Rehabilitation is hiring a Dietary Cook/Dietary Aide in West Columbia, SC. This Full-Time role includes day and night shifts as needed within a Skilled Nursing Facility focused on caring for residents.

You will set up dining areas, prepare meals, deliver trays, manage leftovers, and keep stations and utensils clean, contributing to a safe, home-like environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables or other dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under the supervision of a dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms.
• Discard leftovers and take out garbage.
• Clean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels and silverware.
