Qualifications

• Culinary/food service experience in health-care facility preferred.
• Previous office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a variety of cooking and food preparation equipment and techniques.
• Prepare simple food regimes and modified diets per resident nutritional needs.
• Adjust recipes to yield the required number of servings.
• Test recipes and recommend changes to improve taste and nutrition.
• Prepare and cook food in batches, maintaining high quality and appeal.
• Direct activities of one or more workers who assist in preparing and serving meals.
