Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with dietary needs and restrictions.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards.
• Assist with food inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Collaborate with dietary staff to plan and implement special meals and events.
• Participate in menu planning and food presentation to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of food preparation, inventory, and waste management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as OSHA and JCAHO standards.
