CareCore at Westmoreland in Chillicothe, OH is seeking a dependable Dietary Cook / Dietary Aide to join our full-time team. This role blends morning cook duties with afternoon dietary aide/server responsibilities to support residents' meals and dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or dietary experience preferred.
• Long-term care or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and resident-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and proper portion control.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Follow all sanitation and food safety regulations.
• Assist with meal service to residents.
• Deliver trays and ensure residents receive the correct meals.
• Provide friendly, courteous service during mealtimes.

What You'll Do
