Third Avenue Health and Rehab Center is seeking a full-time cook to join the dietary team in a skilled nursing setting. You will prepare meals per resident diet specs and help in kitchens while upholding safety standards and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.
• Prior cook experience strongly preferred.

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications and safety regulations.
• Assist in food preparation and maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow health policies and standards set by the community and Dietary Policies.
