Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Tremont, PA is seeking a Food Service Worker to prepare meals according to resident diet specifications, community procedures, and safety standards. You will follow health, sanitation, and infection-control policies under the supervision of the Food Service Director.

Full-Time role on 1st Shift (5:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.) with a wage of $16.00 per hour. Benefits include daily pay, health/dental/vision, 401K, life insurance, PTO, tuition opportunities, and more.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director. You will follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education / Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.
• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Shift and Wage

• Full‑Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: 1st Shift, 5:30 a – 2:00 p
• Wage: $16.00 per hour
