Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a dedicated dietary team member for a skilled nursing setting to prepare meals that meet resident diet specifications, follow community procedures, and uphold food safety standards under the Food Service Director.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director.Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.
