Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dietary team member to prepare meals in a 90-bed skilled nursing facility in Stroudsburg, PA. The role follows prescribed diet specs and safety policies and reports to the Food Service Director.

The position offers a 6:30a–2:30p or 12:00p–7:30p shift, full-time status, and a starting wage of $15.50 per hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet state requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain standards of practice.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.

• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shift: 6:30a - 2:30p, 12:00p - 7:30p
