Monroe Health & Rehab Center in a skilled nursing setting seeks a dedicated dietary team member to prepare meals according to resident diets and safety standards. You’ll work under the supervision of the Food Service Director in a supportive, family-like atmosphere.

The role requires a high school diploma, knowledge of food safety, and the ability to meet state food handler requirements. We offer benefits, PTO, tuition assistance, and a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available

• Shift: 5:30a - 2:00p

• Wage: Starting at $20.00 per hour

• Sign On Bonus: $500
