Job summary

St. Anthony Park Home is seeking a dedicated cook to prepare meals according to planned menus and standardized recipes. You will follow therapeutic and modified diet orders while ensuring foods are safely prepared, held, and served in a clean, organized kitchen.

Responsibilities include maintaining sanitation, completing temperature logs and schedules, and adhering to facility policies and regulations to support residents’ nutritional needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Healthcare, long-term care, or food service cooking experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to read and follow recipes and diet instructions.
