Job summary

Flint Ridge Nursing & Rehab is seeking a dependable Evening Cook to join the dietary team at our Newark, Ohio campus. The role involves preparing and serving meals that meet planned menus and resident dietary needs, while keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and safe.

Responsibilities include following safety guidelines, assisting with meal prep, cleanup, and stocking, and collaborating with the dietary team to deliver high-quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking or dietary service is preferred.
• Long-term care or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Dependable, organized and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work the 12:30 PM–8:00 PM evening shift, including rotating weekends/holidays.
