Job summary

Imperial Healthcare is seeking a dependable Dietary Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare and cook meals in accordance with menus and dietary restrictions, collaborating with the dietary team to ensure accurate portions and timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or healthcare kitchen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with established menus, dietary restrictions, and nutritional guidelines.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient meal service.
• Follow standardized recipes and proper food preparation procedures.
• Assist with dishwashing, kitchen cleanup, and general sanitation duties as needed.
• Ensure food preparation and handling practices comply with applicable state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen while following food safety standards.
