Job summary

CareCore at Mentor is seeking a dependable, full-time Cook to join our dietary team and provide quality meals for residents in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include following menus and dietary needs, maintaining a clean kitchen, and supporting the dietary manager and facility team. Prior cooking experience and knowledge of food safety are preferred; flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience preferred.
• Healthcare, long-term care, or senior living experience is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Dependable, organized, and team oriented.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
