Highlands Lake Center is seeking a Cook to deliver flavorful, high-quality meals for our residents. You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes, follow menus, and ensure dietary needs are met. Part-time, every other weekend.

Maintain a clean kitchen, manage basic inventory, and assist with ordering. We offer daily pay, competitive pay and benefits, and a supportive team culture with opportunities for advancement. Join a growing organization dedicated to excellent care.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Cook or Chef with strong culinary skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines accurately.

Your Role:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using expert techniques, following menus and recipes


• Deliver meals that look great, taste amazing, and meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences


• Innovate by helping develop new recipes, seasonal specials, and menu items


• Keep the kitchen spotless, organized, and compliant with all safety and hygiene standards


• Manage inventory, monitor food stock, and assist with ordering ingredients as needed


• Ensure every meal complies with dietary restrictions and health regulations


• Provide exceptional service with a professional and positive attitude

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Cook or Chef with strong culinary skills


• Solid knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment


• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
